Regional Partnership Workforce Development Board a Workforce Development Board (WDB), is a partnership of public and private resources that provides workforce development solutions for individuals and businesses. Our vision is to stimulate economic growth by providing a skilled workforce that exceeds business needs for today and tomorrow. We help businesses locate, screen, select and train workers. We assist job seekers access the resources they need to find employment.
We provide valuable tools, services and support – at little to no cost – to employers and job seekers.
Regional Partnership Workforce Development Board consults with current or relocating businesses and economic developers to deliver customized workforce development solutions. We can help businesses and individuals navigate a frequently complex network of education, government and private-sector resources to build a workforce that meets current and future needs, and boosts competitiveness and profitability.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Regional Partnership Workforce Development Board is soliciting a Request for Proposals (RFP) for its Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Adult and Dislocated Worker Programs and One-Stop Operations for Alamance, Montgomery, Moore, Orange and Randolph Counties. Bidders must submit bids no later than 5:00PM, April 3, 2017 proposing services for allocations during the 2017-2018 year. A copy of the RFP may be obtained online at www.triadworks.org or www.regionalpartnershipwdb.org beginning Friday, March 3, 2017. A bidder’s conference with mandatory attendance will be held at 2:00 PM on March 17, 2017 at Regional Consolidated Services, (RCS) 221 South Fayetteville St., Asheboro, NC 27204. Bidders must be present at the Bidder’s Conference in order to bid. The Bidder’s Conference begins at 2:00 pm EST sharp and no one will be admitted late.
